What ingredients do you use?
At Pacific Candle Company, we’re proud to focus on toxin-free craftsmanship. All ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are vegan, cruelty and phthalate-free, and never tested on animals.
All of our candles are made with 100% domestically-grown soy wax and cotton core wicks, and always will be.
What's the best way to care for your products?
Halie believes that fragrance is an extension of you and your home. And your home needs to be cared for. To care for your pieces, trim the candle’s wick to 1/4” before or after every burn session and allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hour intervals, or until a full melt pool has formed.

How fragrant are your candles?
We use the maximum fragrance allowed in soy wax. We find that the 11oz candle can fill a room up to 400-500 square feet, but is best used in a room such as a kitchen, bedroom, or dining room. Perfect for elegant hosting throughout your home.
Do you offer free shipping?
All orders over $100 ship directly to you, at no cost.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow us 3 - 5 business days to process and ship your pieces.
Extra details: once picked up and scanned by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous United States may take 2 - 5 business days to arrive, depending on location. AK, HI, and outlying territories may take longer.
Note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information and final delivery are outside of our control. Please contact us regarding missing or stolen packages.
